Ginger Red Wine Sauce
Description
Bold, spicy accents of ginger and pepper--serve it over beef, veal, pork, lamb, or duck.Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (or to taste)
- 1 container (11 ounces) More Than Gourmet Red Wine Sauce
Methods/steps
- In a saucepan, sauté the ginger in the oil over medium-low heat until it is soft, about 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce, black pepper, and crushed red pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the More Than Gourmet Red Wine Sauce to the ginger mixture, and simmer for 3 minutes.
