Lemon Dill Sauce
Description
A smooth, luscious sauce with the tang of lemon and fresh herbal notes of dill. Try it spooned over chicken or veggies hot off the grill.Ingredients

- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 ounces Jus de Poulet Gold®
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
Methods/steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a low simmer and whisk in the Jus de Poulet Gold® until it dissolves.
- Whisk in the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill, and cook, whisking constantly, just until the sauce is simmering.
- Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
