Quick Sauce Aurore
Description
A swirl of tomato in More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce, finished with butter--simply delicious over chicken, veal, fish, pasta, or vegetables.Ingredients

- 1 container (11 ounces) More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato purée (or tomato sauce)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Salt and ground black pepper
Methods/steps
- Whisk together the More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce with the tomato purée in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and whisk in the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
