Tarragon Cream Sauce

Perfect over roasted salmon, baked chicken, or seared pork medallions.Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 container (11 ounces) More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Methods/steps
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat, add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the wine, increase the heat to medium, and simmer until the wine is reduced to about 3 tablespoons.
- Add the More Than Gourmet White Wine Sauce and tarragon and bring the mixture back to a simmer.
- Whisk in the cream, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper, and heat until warmed through.
- Heat and serve over poultry, fish such as salmon, or pork medallions.
