WELCOME to the Kitchens of More Than Gourmet, where we are proud to be the only company today making Classic French Sauces and Stocks in the old world tradition. For the first time ever, we have made available the same products used by the world's finest chefs for your own kitchen. Our classic products require no refrigeration until opened and are made with only the finest and freshest ingredients (no chemicals, MSG or preservatives).

All of the enclosed recipes are scaled to our 1.5 oz. container. For those using our 16 oz. container, either weigh out 1.5 ounces or measure approximately 2 tablespoons.
