Basil Sauce for Pasta
Serves 6
Ingredients:
  • 1 T.(15 mL) Butter
  • 1 c. (250 mL) Cream (Double or Single)
  • 1½ (45 g) Veggie-Stock Gold®
  • 2 oz. (60 g) Basil, chopped
  • 3 T. (45 mL) Sundried Tomatoes, oil packed, drained and julienned
  • 1 oz. (30 g) Parmesan Cheese, grated
Melt butter in sauté pan. Add cream and Veggie-Stock Gold®. Whisk until blended. Add basil, sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Add sauce to pasta and toss.
