Simple Turkey Gravy
Makes 2 cups

Our homemade-tasting gravy is fool proof, easy to make, and will surely win raves. It just doesn’t get simpler than this. Nor better.

Ingredients:

- 1-1/2 T. (30 g) unsalted butter
- 1-1/2 T. (30 g) all-purpose flour
|
- 1.5 oz (45 g) Glace de Volaille
Gold® + 2 c. (500 ml) boiling water
- 1 t. (7 g) dried tarragon leaves (optional)

| Melt the butter in a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour and continue to cook until it is rich, nutty brown, stirring continuously. Whisk in the diluted stock, making sure to incorporate all the flour, and bring to a boil. Add the tarragon, if using. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
