Basic and Easy Polenta

Methods/Steps

1. Combine theKitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate orChicken Bone Broth Concentrate, water, and salt in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking until the concentrate dissolves.

2. With the broth at a simmer, gradually whisk in the polenta. Simmer the polenta, stirring constantly with a heatproof spatula or wooden spoon, until it thickens and all the broth is absorbed, about 10 minutes.

3. To enrich the polenta bit, stir in the optional butter or olive oil at the end of cooking time. Serve immediately.
