In a large pot on medium heat, melt butter and add the chopped onions. Cook until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, stirring often. Add the crushed tomatoes and turn the heat to low. Let simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes. Cut up your chicken and add to the pot. Add the water and the chicken broth concentrate, stirring until fully mixed. Put lid back on and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked. Cook the macaroni according to the package, drain and add to the pot. Stir in mozzarella, serve and top with grated parmesan and basil.
