Lamb Burger with Tzatziki Sauce
Using Wicked Juicy Burger Beef
This lamb burger is perfectly paired with a zesty tzatziki and will leave you feeling refreshed and satisfied!
1 pound gound lamb
2-3 tablespoons Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic
4 hamburger buns
1 cups plain Greek yogurt
4 garlic cloves minced
1 large cucumber, seeded and grated with a cheese grater
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
For garnish: sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, lettuce leaves, your favorite condiments
Combine meat andWicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)
Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. Serve on buns with your choice of garnishes!
