Using Wicked Awesome Taco
Burger fans will love this variation on a basic burger! Add our Wicked Tasty Taco Sauce for some Mexican flair.
¼ cup or 1 package (2.7 oz.) Wicked Awesome Taco Original
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Hamburger buns
Tomato, guacamole, cheese, red onion, and lettuce for toppings
Combine Wicked Awesome Taco Original with ground meat.
Form into burgers.
Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Place burgers in pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn over burger and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
NOTE: Cook beef to an internal temperature >160°F, and poultry to an internal temperature >165°F.
