The onions on this burger make it slightly sweet. Add the bacon and you have the perfect blend of sweet and salty for a delicious and filling juicy burger!
Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)
In a small pan,sauté the onions on low in olive oil until they are fully cooked and they begin to get browned. Add the sugar and mix it in. Cook for 5 more minutes. Cook your bacon and set aside
Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness.Right before they are done, add your cheese to the burger. Serve on buns!
