Using Chicken Broth Concentrate
Pulled pork sandwiches made in a crockpot are the perfect meal on busy days! Simply add all the ingredients to the crockpot and let cook for 6-8 hours on high!
2-pound boneless pork tenderloin
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 yellow onion chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or 4 tablespoons of Kitchen Accomplice Organic Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
¾ cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of salt
Topping: Premade coleslaw
Add all ingredients to a crock pot, except for the meat. Mix with a spoon until full blended. Add the meat and cook for 6-8 hours on high.
When the meat is cooked remove it from the crock pot and shred it using a fork.
Add to slider buns and top with coleslaw.
