Using Chicken Broth Concentrate
These slow cooked pork sliders are juicy and tender and full of flavor! Enjoy them for your next gathering!
1 Yellow Onion, quartered
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3- 4 lbs. Pork Shoulder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Paprika
Salt and Pepper
3/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or 2 tsp. Kitchen Accomplice Organic Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, diluted in ½ C. hot water
¼ C. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Honey
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
8-12 Slider Buns
Place the onions and garlic into the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the pork shoulder with the dry mixture and add to the slow cooker, on top of the onions and garlic.
Whisk together the vinegar, diluted Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, and Worcestershire. Pour the vinegar mixture over the pork.
Slow cook the pork on a standard setting for 4-6 hours.
Transfer the pork to a large bowl. Using forks, shred the pork and return it to the slow cooker.
Serve warm on slider buns.
