Using Chicken Broth Concentrate
A simple slow-cooker soup to make for a crowd. It's great as is, or you can embellish it with a handful of chopped fresh herbs or leftover cooked rice or pasta.
8 cups hot water
5 tablespoons Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or 10 tablespoons Kitchen Accomplice Organic Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
2 10-ounce packages frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 12 1/2-ounce cans cooked chicken, drained (or 3 cups diced cooked chicken)
Salt and ground black pepper
Combine the hot water,Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth ConcentrateorChicken Bone Broth Concentrate, and thawed frozen vegetables in a slow-cooker and stir to blend. Cover and cook on high for about an hour, or on low for 3 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
Break the chicken up into bite-size pieces and stir it into the soup. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
