Place skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Stir in the onion and green pepper and cook until the vegetables soften, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned, 7-10 minutes.
Add dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, tomato sauce and diluted Kitchen Accomplice Beef Broth Concentrate or Beef Bone Broth Concentrate. Increase heat to bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, 15-20 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce. To serve, ladle the Sloppy Joes meat sauce over the bottom half of each bun, then add the top.
