A smooth, luscious sauce with the tang of lemon and fresh herbal notes of dill. Try it spooned over chicken or veggies hot off the grill.
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 ounces Jus de Poulet Gold® (or Veggie-Glace Gold®)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Salt
Ground black pepper
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a low simmer and whisk in the Jus de Poulet Gold® until it dissolves.
Whisk in the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill, and cook, whisking constantly, just until the sauce is simmering.
Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
