3 cups water
2 tablespoons Glace de Poulet Gold® or Veggie-Stock Gold®
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup cornmeal
2 cups pumpkin purée
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Whisk in the Glace de Poulet Gold® or Veggie-Stock Gold® and the butter and whisk until both are dissolved. Reduce the heat to medium-low and gradually whisk in the cornmeal. Add the pumpkin purée and whisk constantly until the mixture is smooth. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the polenta has thickened, 10-15 minutes.
