How To Use Fumet de Poisson Gold®
Use one part Fumet de Poisson Gold® to up to thirty parts hot water to make a classic fish fumet (stock). Bring to a simmer and whisk until completely dissolved.
16 oz. (450g) - Makes approximately 4 gal. (15 l) of classic fish fumet (stock).
1.5 oz. (42.5g) - Makes approximately 6 cups (1.4 l) of classic fish fumet (stock).

Fish Stock (Pollock, Cod, Salmon), White Wine, Dried Fish Stock (Cod), Fish Gelatin (Tilapia), Salt, Mirepoix Stock (made of carrot, celery and onion stocks). FDP-081706A

Wow, Best Fish Broth Ever!
I used fish fumet stock in a recipe for shrimp gumbo and all I can say is WOW! Talk about deep, delicious flavor. So simple to store, to cook with, and it has so many uses. Definitely a permanent addition to my pantry.
I've written a review of this product before. It's enough to say this time that Fumet de Poisson, the most difficult of stocks to produce oneself, remains in its More than Gourmet realization as near perfection as one could imagine, just as it has for years.
Great for any fish dish
I experiment AND try to follow receipts. This stock is the perfect for any receipt that calls for a fish stock base.
