How To Use Demi-Glace Gold®
Use one part Demi-Glace Gold® to four parts hot water to make a classic demi-glace. Bring to a gentle simmer and whisk until completely dissolved.
16 oz. (450g) - Makes approximately 2/3 gal. (2.4 l) of classic demi-glace.
1.5 oz. (42.5g) - Makes approximately 1 cup (237 ml) of classic demi-glace.

Excellent and convenient
These are excellent stocks - well worth the cost. The beef demiglace transformed my pot roast into something magical (and it was just pot roast). They are also very convenient - allowing me to make sauces I wouldn't otherwise attempt.

In those days you would include personal notes when you shipped your products to me. I’m still a regular customer and rely on your products to make my culinary creations successful.
