How To Use Glace de Canard Gold®

Reconstitution Suggestion:
Use one part Glace de Canard Gold® to twenty parts hot water to make a classic roasted duck and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer and whisk until completely dissolved. To make a classic roasted duck and chicken glace, add up to 3 parts hot water to one part Glace de Canard Gold®.

Available Size(s):
16 oz (450g) - Makes approximately 2-2/3 gal. (10 l) of classic roasted duck and chicken stock. 
1.5 oz. (42.5g) - Makes approximately 4 cups (946 ml) of classic roasted duck and chicken stock. 

Glace de Canard Gold® Ingredients

Duck Stock (duck bones, water), Chicken Stock, Duck Fat, Mirepoix Stock (made of carrot, celery and onion stocks), Dried Chicken Stock, Gelatin, Salt, Tomato Paste, White Wine, Sherry Wine, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Spices. GDC-021507

Excellent and convenient

Have only used it once so far and tithe results were excellent. Besides, who has duck bones laying around to make your own stock. Very convenient. Well worth the price as it expanded my menu.

I had heard that adding Duck Stock to any recipe that called for chicken stock would enhance the taste, I found this to be very true.Take it from me it adds more flavor to any type of soups or stews.
