How To Use Jus de Volaille Lie Gold®

Reconstitution Suggestion:
Use one part Jus de Volaille Lie Gold® to four parts hot water to make a classic roasted turkey demi-glace. Bring to a simmer and whisk until completely dissolved.

Available Sizes:
16 oz. (450g) - Makes approximately 2/3 gal. (2.4 l) of turkey demi-glace. 
1.5 oz. (42.5g) - Makes approximately 1 cup (237 ml) of turkey demi-glace.

Jus de Volialle Lie Gold® Ingredients

Turkey Stock Concentrate, Roux (wheat flour and turkey fat), Modified Food Starch, Carrot Stock, Celery Stock, Salt, Onion Stock, Natural Turkey Flavors, Spices.

A Must in the Kitchen

I have been using many of the More Than Gourmet Demi-glace for years. I wouldn’t be without them in the kitchen. Perfect as a stand-alone sauce when blended with sautéed mushrooms and onion or as a savory addition to a variety of dishes. Highly recommended.

This demi-glace is excellent like your other demi-glaces are! I NEVER make any kind of gravy,sauce or stew without More Than Gourmet products. They give a depth and a richness you couldn't get without it. I always have it on hand to enrich my cooking.
