How To Use Demi-Glace Gold®
Use one part Demi-Glace Gold® to four parts hot water to make a classic demi-glace. Bring to a gentle simmer and whisk until completely dissolved.
16 oz. (450g) - Makes approximately 2/3 gal. (2.4 l) of classic demi-glace.
1.5 oz. (42.5g) - Makes approximately 1 cup (237 ml) of classic demi-glace.

Love this product
This is by far the best demi glace I have used. Enhances sauces, gravy and soups! I wish it were easier to get ahold of. It would be nice if it were available in the grocery store or even Fresh Market or Sprouts

I was not happy with the product. I followed the cooking instructions and the sauce was not edible. It tasted funny. I will not purchase this item again.
