I have used this product in other flavors and found it to be extraordinary. This particular flavor is a godsend for imparting real chicken flavor to any sauce or gravy. The difference is quite amazingly better than box stock, ensuring my reputation as a gravy master. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Love it for soups and makes the best lemon butter sauce for roasted chicken!
10 out of possible ten. I put this stuff in everything from soups to gravies and it will umami-ize other meat dishes & sauces, not just chicken. I recommend buying a big tub. A small thumb nail-sized chunk goes a long way. Oh, and none of that MSG, citric acid or natural flavor added. They better not start that stuff. Since Kitchen Classics ruined their stock by add garbage like that, we stopped buying their products. This is still pure.
OMG... used this tonight to make my lemon sauce for chicken cutlets (previously used canned chicken broth). This brought it to a restaurant chef level. My family couldn't believe it. Will be making sure I always have this in the pantry.
